The following is a brief explanation of duties and responsibilities associated with my resume.
Diamond Resources Co.
As a Right of Way Agent, I was responsible for acquiring easements for several salt water line projects.
Responsibilities included: verifying and maintaining the landowner database for each project,
negotiating easement, payment and damage agreements with landowners, and meet with landowners
to verify easement location and sign contract agreements.
As a Title Research Agent, I was responsible for conducting full title research for several different
projects in Mountrail County. All research was submitted as per company standards.
Michaeli Land Services, LLC
As a Mineral Research Agent for seismic exploration projects, I was responsible for researching mineral
deeds and oil & gas leases to determine mineral ownership and mineral lease holdings. I verified,
recorded, and maintained all mineral research data and ensured that the GIS Mineral Administrator
received complete and up-to-date mineral research.
As a Mineral Research Quality Control Agent, I was responsible for re-checking all mineral research
flagged by the GIS Mineral Administrator. I ensured accuracy of submitted research, updated and
cured any discrepancies.
As a Surface Permit Agent for seismic exploration projects, I negotiated access permits with
landowners and ensured conditional requests were approved through the project supervisor, project
director, and the client. I recorded, updated, and maintained all contacts with assigned landowners
and ensured that the GIS Surface Administrator received updated information as it became available.
At all times I adhered to PPE equipment and safety standards required by the client.
As Surface & Crop Damage Supervisor, I developed a damage management program including a MCL
database, working databases, mapping and damage calculation worksheets. I compiled tailored reports
for each landowner and comprehensive reports for the client. I was responsible for locating, assessing
and documenting surface and crop damages and was responsible for contacting landowners and
conducting negotiations for payment and repair. I coordinated and supervised repairs with an
approved subcontractor.
As the Water Well Testing Supervisor, I was responsible for locating and mapping all water wells on
the projects. I was responsible for contacting all water well owners and initiated testing and
documentation. Additional responsibilities included: collecting samples for initial and follow-up water
well tests, packaging and sending samples to approved testing lab, maintain communication with the
testing lab and log all test reports. Compile and send tailored initial report packages to all well owners.
Examine all well reports and flag any wells exceeding pre-established tolerances. Order and maintain
testing supplies.
I was also instrumental in developing the water well testing program including a MCL database,
MapInfo well location and status maps. I developed all worksheets, forms and procedural documents.
